Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on national (UK) holiday days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Update this section if your processing time exceeds 2-3 business days. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We do not allow shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses www.lovemeagaintack.co.uk ships to addresses within the UK only.  All parcels are shipped using Royal Mail Signed For Service - unless otherwise stated.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes - www.lovemeagaintack.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages www.lovemeagaintack.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately lmatack@protonmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy We do not ship outside the of the UK

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned 'Brand New' items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. All secondhand items must be returned in the same condition as they were originally shipped.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

 

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with your details and mail your returns to the following address:

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least  3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
